This place is very inconsiderate, My family is without heat! It is very cold! They need to send someone out right away to my sister's house... Vendors coming out , bit not fixing the problem how about give them a new heat unit.

Make sure not to have an emergency on a weekend or when your "one person assigned to your rental" is out on PTO. Because guess what?? They can't approve anything until that persons back. The emergency hotline is essentially a paid voicemail. Don't expect to hear anything back and anything to get fixed. It's been 6 days and haven't been able to get anyone to even look at our busted fridge let alone fix it. Then I'm told nothing can be done until my rep is back in office absolutely ridiculous.

I have shared my experience before on here and each time I submit, it gets taken down. This is NOT a 5 star rental company. I have been dealing with legal matters between their company for over a year now with little to no response.
