We moved into our home 4 months after the "inspection" and boy were we UNpleasantly surprised. The roof leaked with the first rain storm and we found out from THREE different roofers and one very thorough Insurance Adjuster that the entire roof needed replaced. It was their opinion that it had been that way for several years. The inspector stated that he physically went on the roof to inspect.We also noted upon moving in that there were NO GFI's in the house, NADA, not one.
