My teenage daughter started therapy at this center. A day before her second session, her appointment was abruptly cancelled because her "therapist was leaving the clinic". While therapists often leave clinics, there were two major failures here: 1. No special effort was made to ensure we realized the appointment was cancelled. Often, when I was in a jam and needed to get something off my mind without really knowing where I was going, Karl was able to summarize, reflect and get me to think about what was important to me at the time.
