Never ever come to this apartment.This is the MOST SHITTIEST apartments in parsippany area.When u try to vacate after 1 year of lease u will get a threatening email like U have to pay rent until new tenant comes,Maintanance charges before u leave,which u dont have to pay when u leave the apartment when lease ends….. SUCH a bullshit apartment with bullshit landlord!!!
We lived here only for a year. Apartment was large compared to others we had seen and great for just the 2 of us. Once we received our keys and moved in, we were on our own. The super NEVER answered the phone. We had an issue with the wifi wire being shoved down to the basement so we didn’t have wifi the weekend we moved in. Hot water cut out a few times in the winter and again the super never answered. Emails regarding getting in contact with the super would go unanswered. Emergency line? Never picks up.
