I hired Dartmouth Pool to install my pool. I can't say enough good things about the team., from the begining Dan being the sales rep. Bubba being the installer, Jay over seeing. They were informative along the way with diffrent suggestions on what to add to make the pool better. They allways showed up when they were supposed to. A Great job! I love these guys. Honest Company.
Great customer service very knowable
8 weeks still not done and promises not met. After spending thousands I’m put on the back burner. Not to mention the yard is a mess. Lesson learned never pay up front. And make sure you over see every aspect of the job. Shame that I could use the yard all summer. Enough said. Waiting for the wow factor.
It's been a pleasure doing business with Dartmouth Pools & Spas We would like to thank DPS and staff for exceeding our expectations with our new pool. The pool itself is absolutely gorgeous and everyone associated with DPS has been professional and nice to work with. The crew was great! I can't say enough good things about them, they were informative throughout the process.
I hired them to pour new concrete around my pool last year, they cashed my check October 2015. Now June 2016 they tell me they can't do it because they too busy. Who cares my backyard is completely destroyed since I removed the whole concrete. They didn't know what to say just that they would refund my money. I wasted 8 months waiting on a company that has no integrity and good practices. They don't take care of their customers after they get your money they don't care if the work actually gets done!
