All of those items were included within the monthly rent under the Elon lease agreements. Be sure to dispute these fraudulent charges and don’t give them a penny extra that you don’t owe.
Great place. Mr. Villers was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would rent here if he's the maintenance guy.
The employees in the office are so utterly disrespectful and rude. Maintenance is never helpful. All the employees do is lie and gaslight you. They refuse to truly fix anything, they'll come in, look at it, mess with it and leave. People are paying too much money for this place.
Great staff and support! Shirley in the office has been a wonderful help and Steve in maintenance is a genuine blessing. Thanks all around!
