Maintenance is much slower to respond under new management.
Very good, calm place and safe , we lived here for two years, overall good experience, management nice , maintenance guy Mr Tom very hard working, i miss this place like a Home
Although these apartments might not be the most updated they are in a great location. Parking is never an issue. Definitely a great starter apartment or great for students looking to stay close to campus. The attic storage was definitely a plus as well as the patio space.
A huge shoutout to Charla, the property manager, who was always responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. Tom, the maintenance technician, was also fantastic—he was prompt, professional, and always fixed issues with a smile. The location was perfect—just a short walk to campus, making it super convenient for university students. The community is peaceful, well-kept, and offers a great living environment.
