Amazing hosts, very kind and charismatic. The location is charming and has some shops within walking distance. They made a wonderful breakfast in the morning and made us feel very welcome. Thank you!
Beautifully appointed and maintained rooms. Great attentiveness in service, with self check-in but also made-to-order breakfast. And, what first brought us there, amazing location in Rochester's most idyllic neighborhood, walkable to playgrounds, coffee, and restaurants on both Park Avenue and Monroe Avenue. We've been staying here every year for five years or so and it feels like home.
Thank you for a wonderful stay in Rochester. Dartmouth House was a haven of calm - exquisite decor, large/comfortable bed, wonderful walk-in shower. Breakfast was delicious - scrumptious homemade muffin followed by a perfectly cooked vegetable crepe. Our hosts, Gary and Milena, were absolutely delightful. We will definitely go back.
We as a family enjoyed our stay in the Dartmouth house a lot! Breakfast for example was a pleasure - outstanding food cooked by Milena and inspiring and humorous conversation with Gary (who would be a world-class teacher ). The beds were super comfortable. The neighbourhood is nice. We would come back.
