Such a peaceful place to stay! Clean, cozy, and in a very cute neighborhood. Breakfast was lovely. Bonus was the great water pressure.
The location is wonderful and convenient to universities and attractions. Gary and Melina are amazing hosts. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. This was our second stay at Dartmouth - and I look forward to going back!
We were so glad to be able to reurn to the Dartmouth house after 20 years Our room was lovely,clean..etc..The location is excellent. Breakfast was custom made..delicious..Enjoyed meetind Melinia
Really enjoyed the short stay in this lovely house in Rochester. Super nice staff and service. I know the breakfast was included but didn’t know what to expect. Oh mine! The breakfast was so beyond expectation: elegant dining area, beautiful porcelain set, homemade bakery (banana muffin was so moist and delicious! One of the best we ever had). We were excited to find out the breakfast menu every morning lol. Staying here definitely feels like coming home to Rochester. Will revisit for sure!
