Rats, roaches, outdated plumbing, electric, and mountains of garbage. The Altman company that owns this complex never answers and doesn't care. You sign that lease, you asked for it. You can't say you haven't been warned. Good luck getting your security deposit back as well. Apartment was left in great shape and radio silence on their end. Go elsewhere.
Dartmouth House is a complete hot mess. Between the copious amount of roaches and rats, you have constant sink and drainage issues. I had a broken living room closet door and it took a year to fix it. I was promised a door for my laundry area and it never came. The apartment is spacious, but has never been updated since the 50s. The complex cannot keep employees, they quit or get terminated. The management is inept and rude. The tenants have no regard for handicap individuals. They park in handicap spots and are not handicap... read more
DO NOT rent an apartment here! The management just switch as of Mid June 2024...They WILL NOT repair any issues in your apartment. Also, when it comes to paying your rent GOOD LUCK, they have a busted system that does not work and when you complain they LOCK YOU OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT! the payment system will also result in multiple authorizations to your bank account and they will not help you with any payment issues. If you want to move into a complete LOUD, DIRTY, DUMP and have no one respond to your concerns... then move in... read more
