The apartment is aesthetically pleasing, and the surrounding area is visually stunning. The property manager, Kishana, is exceptionally efficient and responsive to my requests. I greatly appreciate her punctuality and attentiveness. Additionally, Daniel, the maintenance professional, is amiable and ensures that all of my concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. While the apartment itself is satisfactory, it is the exceptional staff that elevates the overall experience.
I moved in a month ago and I'm so happy I didn't allow the negative reviews to prevent me from doing so! I absolutely love my 2-bedroom apartment. The natural sunlight and beautiful skyview is phenomenal. I can watch the sunset every evening and the sunrise on the opposite side of the apartment is equally awesome. Under new management! I must say a lot has been done since Altman took over. Painting, new carpets and new lighting in the building. Calls are answered promptly now and requests are now being answered 🙂
Rats, roaches, outdated plumbing, electric, and mountains of garbage. The Altman company that owns this complex never answers and doesn't care. You sign that lease, you asked for it. You can't say you haven't been warned. Good luck getting your security deposit back as well. Apartment was left in great shape and radio silence on their end. Go elsewhere.
Dartmouth House is a complete hot mess. Between the copious amount of roaches and rats, you have constant sink and drainage issues. I had a broken living room closet door and it took a year to fix it. I was promised a door for my laundry area and it never came. The apartment is spacious, but has never been updated since the 50s. The complex cannot keep employees, they quit or get terminated. The management is inept and rude. The tenants have no regard for handicap individuals.
