The apartment is aesthetically pleasing, and the surrounding area is visually stunning. The property manager, Kishana, is exceptionally efficient and responsive to my requests. I greatly appreciate her punctuality and attentiveness. Additionally, Daniel, the maintenance professional, is amiable and ensures that all of my concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. While the apartment itself is satisfactory, it is the exceptional staff that elevates the overall experience.
I moved in a month ago and I'm so happy I didn't allow the negative reviews to prevent me from doing so! I absolutely love my 2-bedroom apartment. The natural sunlight and beautiful skyview is phenomenal. I can watch the sunset every evening and the sunrise on the opposite side of the apartment is equally awesome. The storm watching is also super cool; I've had a front row seat to several lightning shows already. Under new management! I must say a lot has been done since Altman took over. Painting, new carpets and new lighting in the building. Calls are answered promptly now and requests are now being answered 🙂
