Have been playing phone tag with them for three days. Hopefully the reason they called isn't important, otherwise I am dead! Why won't they just LEAVE A MESSAGE!!!!
The office itself is great. Staff are wonderful. The issue is the phone system. When you call you are on hold for usually a minimum of 7-10 minutes. I was in the waiting room for about 10 minutes and in that time 3 people complained of the same thing. One person was late a said they had tried to call but was still on hold when they got here. Two others had questions about their appointments. Not any emergency but not something that could wait the 2 business days if wanted to leave a message. This is not good customer service
