From Littleton, NH Went to DHMC Er with my adult son that has chronic pain from organ issues. From the first employee to the last employee we were both treated with respect and kindness. The staff was caring, concerned, non-judgmental, not rushed, empathetic, on top of every detail. In my lifetime I have never, ever seen this quality in a hospital. Care here is great, if you find the right person. Bess Trevino specifically is probably the best doctor ive had. Ive dealt with chronic migraines for roughly 15 years. Out of all the doctors ive seen throughout my life, she found the solution. Ive been basically migraine free since starting the new prescription i was given. My mood has changed. My health has improved dramatically. Its crazy to have this feeling of normalcy for what feels like the first time in my life. Thank you
This review is about Conifer Staffing Solutions which provides cheap if not competent administrative support as a contractor for DHMC. It is not for the actual medical care I have received. I had an upper GI and Medicaid denied coverage because DHMC by proxy via Conifer did not submit the necessary documents. I contacted the hospital and they sent me a message stating that Conifer is responsible for providing such documentation and gave me Conifer’s phone number to take it up with them. I had a horrible experience here. In 2020 when I woke up from being catatonic I was assaulted by aides during a bed bath. I tried to report it to the hospital but they wouldn't see me. Worst place ever.
The kitchen needs to do better. This was $10 and so salty I tossed it out!
