In typical Darthmouth fashion I received a call three weeks prior to an appointment I waited three months for to reschedule - Because the doctors schedule changed. To add insult to injury I am then told it will be two months before they can see me. This is the MO at Darthmouth. Sickening how they leave patients in the lurch and worried about their health . Now queue the generic Customer Service response about how concerned they are and would like to talk to me . I can't wait to be free of this Walmart of healthcare .
