I read a couple of "disappointed" ratings and was surprised because my experience over several years at the Lyme Clinic has been positive, even when I've been seen by other than my primary care physician. The staff as well as the physicians have been friendly, reassuring and competent. While medicine is a science, I believe that the practice of medicine is also an art of exploration of underlying environmental factors beyond symptoms. Kudos !

After months of trying to figure out the cause of my symptoms, I’ve given up on this place. After accepting that the symptoms I’d previously been seen for would not be going away, I decided to give them one more chance and requested an appointment for new symptoms which I have not been seen for. I followed my provider from the Heater Rd clinic up to the Lyme clinic. Everyone I have dealt with there are wonderful. It is a drive from Windsor but I love this clinic!

My partner was seeing a provider here for about a year. Provider was excellent and caring. Other staff on the other hand, were missing the mark. No professionalism, or kindness when trying to get prescriptions refilled, appointments made. We're always having issues trying to get these prescriptions refilled, along with the pharmacy being frustrated with them as well.
