They enploy Dr. Louie Olive and ignored every question and complaint I had over his unethical and sexist treatment of me regarding my medical care. They continually used outdated and LONG AGO PROVEN MISDIAGNOSIS' from my medical file and ultimately had to be yelled at in order to get the notes made correctly. I have had SOME good experiences at this location, but far less than the trauma their medical neglect caused.

I really like Dr Downs and her team. And I’ve been considering change my PCP to Dr Downs, but unfortunately I wont, they are a multi specialty group, so they bill the insurance as a specialty appt, even though I went there for a cold/sinus. My code is higher for specialty then for regular primary care visits, and the office told me they cant change the way they bill so if she becomes my PCP I will be always paying as a specialist because that is the way that the office bill the insurance. Be aware!

I love Dr Downs and have been her patient for 25 years, however since she went to Dartmouth Hitchcock it's been horrible. When you call the office you never talk to a person, it's always voicemail. When you contact them through the portal it takes up to 3 days to get back to you. If I'm sick I'm usually told to go urgent care. I love my pcp but I'm going to have to change doctors to get out of Dartmouth. If I could give zero stars I would have.
