This was my first visit for a long-standing issue. The appointment did not require an in-person evaluation and could have been completed virtually. No physical examination of my face or chest was performed. The provider, Rana, maintained distance throughout the visit despite wearing gloves and a mask. She prescribed multiple ointments, including one I previously reported as ineffective, only in a higher dose. Based on the limited examination, the visit did not meet my expectations for an in-person dermatology evaluation.
I don’t know what it is about DH, but I swear they pay doctors not to listen, make assumptions, and come up with lazy diagnosis. Every office note contains lies. Maybe do your job and stop documenting stuff you don’t actually ask/do.
Think twice about going here. In my opinion, they like to blaim insurance company instead of advocating for patients and providing quality care.
