I would give -5 stars if I could. I'm appalled by the arrogant, unprofessional and negligent attitudes of the staff at DH Nashua, Merrimack; basically New Hampshire in general. Jumping through hoops aside, they refused to give me the proper medical documentation to cover my work-based injury that kept me out of work and required surgery. I’ve been to this ER a few times and everytime it’s gotten worse. I appreciate the nurses and staff but the inconsistency is beyond me. My boyfriend got X-rays and it took them well over an hour to get results and they made him wait in the waiting room not even a bed, even though he has an injured ankle. Another thing is they wouldn’t let me in the back with him during the X-rays even though my friend got hers done here before and it wasn’t a problem then.
