The "techs" at the radiology department are loud and obnoxious. You are techs, come down to earth. Asked questions and started lecturing me in front of a room of people. Ever embarass me again, and there will be a formal complaint filed against you. Way to make a scary appt even worse. Shaina needs an attitude adjustment and some social skills.

I was here for annual mammogram. I was seen on time and the radiology technician made me comfortable as well as demonstrating efficiency in her job. The following day, I was there for an echo cardiogram and again, I was seen right on time and the technician was very professional and pleasant. He made me feel comfortable with the procedure. There is plenty of free parking. The waiting areas are clean and comfortable.
