Five stars for Patricia the phlebotomist!!! She was great at getting my 4 year old comfortable while she was drawing my daughter’s blood. My daughter said she didn’t even feel the needle.
I find it helpful that all the doctors you need are in one place..
This place needs to be investigated on their record keeping. DR / NURSES WILLmake up things on a patient's report without contacting the patient to see their side. Look elsewhere .. this place is a joke . wasted time
Avoid seeking care with Sally Alwan in Family Practice. Based on my experience, Sally Alwan demonstrates a lack of professionalism and patient-centered care. After waiting nearly 50 minutes alone in an exam room, she refused to take accountability for her significant tardiness and instead blamed me for choosing to leave the appointment out of respect my own time.
