This place needs to be investigated on their record keeping. DR / NURSES WILLmake up things on a patient's report without contacting the patient to see their side. Look elsewhere .. this place is a joke . wasted time
Avoid seeking care with Sally Alwan in Family Practice. Based on my experience, Sally Alwan demonstrates a lack of professionalism and patient-centered care. After waiting nearly 50 minutes alone in an exam room, she refused to take accountability for her significant tardiness and instead blamed me for choosing to leave the appointment out of respect my own time. 2024. What the hell ? Urology dept disappeared during my cancer treatment without notice
FYI to current and new patients in pediatrics, they are billing insurance in 2026 for the tablet questionnaire they hand you when you check in (the one that they don’t say is optional and that you will be charged for), they won’t review the results with you, and then bill you $112 since most insurances don’t cover it (BCBS does not). I’d recommend going to a place with more transparency and not billing for answering questions that they don’t review with you.
