I've been trying to get specialist referrals for my daughter Chloe for months and months. I'm not sure if the error was with processing at CMC or Dartmouth, but I DO know that Kelli M from pediatrics reception literally changed me and my kids life. None of the issues we had were any of her fault, but she bent over backwards and went WAY above and beyond to get my daughter the care she needs.
