Worst experience! Do not go here! The employees at the physical therapy clinic are incompetent. The billing department doesn’t know anything and the front desk people don’t know anything. I was charged for all these appointments after confirming many times that my appointments would be covered by the car insurance. Little did I know no one who worked there was smart enough to know it wasn’t covered and let me make appointments at this facility. Now I owe hundreds of dollars I should not have to pay for. I was a refund

Terrible physical therapy clinic!!!!
The physical therapy place said everything was covered and it wasn’t. Now they are charging me hundreds of dollars. This place is a scam! Do not go here

Dartmouth is claiming I owe them hundreds of dollars when it was their fault they didn’t know how to bill a company. Something needs to be done about this. This place is a scam and I would never recommend going here.
