I had a 7AM appointment and a heart condition, I showed up and as usual my heart was in an abnormal sinus rhythm, pulse over 110 and blood pressure 100/60. Heart palpitations and a mask are not friends, NP yelled at me to fully cover my nose, I told her that my palpitations were making it hard enough to breathe and that I just needed enough of my nose uncovered to breathe and she yelled at me again! The compassion level here is ZERO! I still have to go be seen elsewhere because I can’t get the palpitations to slow down
