Overall I am disappointed with the quality of care. I've called twice and left a message on the portal and no communication from a provider, nurse SECRETARY over a 2 day span. Subpar level of care, concern and courtesy not to mention the fact that they sent my prescription to a pharmacy that is currently out of stock of my medication, which was the reason I called in the first place. On top of that they put a "DO NOT FILL DATE" on my prescription which means you can't get it until A. The pharmacy doesn't open until 9am. B. T... read more
This practice has been so helpful to us. The doctors are great and Janelle is a literal balm to my parenting soul, incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They always have the perfect level of concern balanced with reassurance. They also have access to consult with specialists which is a great bridge to more specialized care if you can't get in right away. I've never had a problem getting in for an urgent matter. They work so hard and I feel incredibly fortunate to have access to such great healthcare and medical staff
