Honestly the worst experience I ever had.. zero help with trying to resolve my 6 years old case. Had to come back for family reasons and needed these cases dealt with.. all I get back is oh you need to turn yourself in before we can help you. What kind of joke is that I never been to a province where the legal aid won’t help its citizens, who’s gonna just willingly turn themselves in before they know what type of requirement the prosecutor is going to need for release like I would if you guys would help and I could of easily... read more
I give a 5 star for everyone that works at the Dartmouth Family Legal aid office, this review has more to do with the lawyers you have to pick from once you get your certificate. If you are a father or mother and you are fighting for your rights with your kids whether it be cps or just the other parent going against you I strongly advise you to do whatever you can to get the money to get a paid lawyer. The lawyers you get by using your certificate do not fight or go against anyone for you all they do is just show up to court... read more
