Friendly staff, always helpful. They've helped a lot with managing my blood sugar levels.
Came to ask if they provide sharps containers or knew where to get them from after a first aid course - the older blonde woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, asking why we expected to get them there and providing snarky answers. Sucks to see that attitude in healthcare.
Went to the clinic today, asked for help with strips for my blood monitoring machine. They were very rude and would not help me with my problem. Needed strips, my medical has not started yet. Thank you.
