Great meat; WAY substandard logistics. Can't be relied on to deliver by the date promised.
Berkshire Pork Bone-In Smoked Ham, Half, for Christmas Dinner - didn't disappoint! This is probably the best ham we have tried over the years, from expensive hams from noted Chicago butchers to others recommended to us. It was so tender, not too smoky (our preference), not too much fat as you usually see. This will be our go to for any ham served at our house.
Untrustworthy - apparently they were out of the product we ordered so without notifying us they sent something else. The substitution didn't meet our needs. We won't order from them again.
I ordered a turkey breast 3 weeks before Thanksgiving for delivery two days before. When my turkey did not arrive and tracking information suggested FedEx had not received it yet I followed up with the company and was offered no solution to help with Thanksgiving. NO THANKS D’ARTAGAN.
