We have purchased many items from D'Artagnan over the years we particularly like their pate and rillette They have had consistent quality over the years The only problem we've ever had actually happen this year due to a FedEx screw up our order was not delivered on time and as a result it was ruined however D'Artagnan replaced the order and got us faster shipping so that it was delivered as quick as possible after this error from FedEx incidentally FedEx customer service is absolutely dreadful they do not care whatsoever abo... read more
I placed an order for the first time I spent almost $200 on different meats and only received one item. I would save your money and order from a different place they have messed up my holiday dinner plans.
We are longtime loyal customers of Dartagnan. Recently we made a large purchase from them and paid the full and very expensive shipping charges. Today we get an email advertising their $9 special offer shipping charge. Why are loyal and regular customers not offered this special shipping charge rate? Is the intention here to penalize loyal customers and only offer these special prices to entice new customers?
