I have used dartagnan for over a decade. While sometimes disappointed in their quality control, I have never reach out to customer service, requested a cancelation or refund, until this week. I placed an order late at night with a two day delivery window. You will see a set of stairs and press the ringer. Someone will come to the door and direct you. Docking is tight for doors 11-14, but the yard has a lot of space for staging. The drive coming here and leaving will be down extremely narrow streets with tights turns, pull tandem’s forward.
