Long story short, I got bad meat form them twice. The 2nd shipment they sent out still smelled bad so they offered a refund which is fine, but I paid $170!!! They refunded me $40! Horrible customer service

Its a shame that no one has any shame any more. MORE THAN $25 FOR A WHOLE CHICKEN!!!!
They have almost zero customer service. All email addresses either bounce back or are completely unattended. There are regular shipping problems and they don't send you tracking information when orders are shipped. There's honestly a 50% chance you'll have to resort to a chargeback when placing an order here so if you don't want to deal with that or getting on the phone with them all day every day to make sure orders arrive, then I suggest ordering meat elsewhere. There are many other reviews saying the same thing as me.
Ordered six lbs of cooked frozen shrimp. I would have been better off buying it from Wal Mart. Terrible. Shrimp was yuck. I will say the cocktail sauce was excellent. I didnt want to ruin the sauce by dipping the shrimp in it!!!
