Walked in to ask for help with unscrewing a bolt on my e-scooter and Rob came right out, told me the right tool I needed (5mm not 3/16 like I was using), unscrewed it for me and apologized for not being able to give me the tool to keep as he was always in need of it. Really appreciate your time and help!
