I was debating leaving a negative review but after seeing other ones on here I decided people need to know what they are dealing with. Last winter, early 2025 I came in here with my husband to try to get a ring resized. After waiting in line for what seemed like forever because he was chatting with every customer, it was our turn. The stores a mess they lose jewelery. The owner takes his sweet time doing the work. I had a ring there and he never finished it even. Never pay for anything before its done and if things need to get ordered you pay after the work is done not before. You can't trust the work at this place. Some peoples jewelry has disappeared that has been left there..so be careful who you chose to fix your jewelry. Shops like this you gotta watch and think beforehand. I used to say I'd recommend this guy but you can't trust him or his work.
