The bus service was very convenient and reliable. I want to commend the driver for their professionalism and calm handling of an unruly passenger—truly a phenomenal job. I definitely appreciated the quality of the service and the safe, smooth ride.
I can't say enough good things about DART. Diana has been an angel.... She's been able to accommodate all my ride requests... I'm so appreciative. The DART drivers are pleasant and kind. Cheryl has been amazing, fun and always eager to help. Thank you all!
