I really respect and honor this doctor with my words in this review for all who take the time to read it. She honestly cares about her patients and has their best interest at heart, and she doesn’t write you a prescription for something you don’t need! She takes her time with her patients and makes sure they are well cared for and satisfied! I would totally recommend this doctor!
Went in around March for a cyst that had been growing on my scalp. The doctor gave me a lotion for folliculitis instead of actually looking at and treating the cyst that had been growing for over a year. When I brought up the cyst AGAIN during my follow up, I was told "it's just scar tissue". I literally just pulled the cyst out of my scalp by accident almost 5 months later.
Very kind and respectful staff. I have anxiety with needles/doctors offices and this location makes you feel safe and they do not judge you on your fears or your questions. They answered all my questions without hesitation and were just amazing. They will not brush you off here and they are extremely attentive to your needs, highly recommend this location over any other!
Friendly staff and attention, but at the Monroe location, I was very disappointed because I got by email my lab test results after several unreturned calls, finally I called the billing department and they provided to me after 2-1/2 months. They got my physical address for sending statements, but not for my labs tets results...pretty interesting 🤔
Had a cyst removed from my back at the Monroe,NC location. From the receptionist to the surgeon, the experience was top tier. I felt as comfortable as I ever have at any other medical office. Would definitely recommend those folks.
