1st of all I didn't get to see the doctor, I saw a nurse, then she prescribed medication that is not covered by insurance,so I & pharmacy has been calling for the last two weeks & they don't pick up the phone or return calls???
I had an amazing visit with Dr. Weiss & his team of professionals: Karen & Lenore. Fantastic experience. Dr. Weiss is a doctor's doctor- knowledgeable & compassionate. I couldn't be happier. 5 stars for sure.
I called to book an appointment this morning and learned that the staff is incredibly rude. The lady answering the phone treated me like a complete idiot. Safe to say, I did not go through with booking the appointment.
