Dr. Link has been for us, all anyone could ask for in a primary care physician. He is cautious, compassionate, and thorough. He truly cares for us. Important to me, he follows my conditions and needs with all my specialists monitoring me and providing any additional care deemed necessary. He knows what is going with us all the time.
We have been patients for almost ten years and cannot think of a primary care doctor we would rather have. He is highly knowledgeable and competent. Has a great sense of humor . Because I have had other conditions specialists have to treat Dr. Link always monitors my treatments. He has ordered additional tests when deemed necessary. When I have been hospitalized by other doctors he always is there in the morning. When with him you truly feel “safe as in the Lord’s pocket.”
You'll never see any of the doctors there because you can't get through on the phone line. They supposedly offer a call back feature, but after 2 days, I didn't receive one.
Dr link is amazing and my daughter loves him!! The receptionists on the other hand , well that's a whole different story
How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Yes, I trust them Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
