My daughter got her braces there during a promotional period. The doctor was nice and staff nice but the service was a disaster. Every time she went she would see someone new and no doctor follow up to make sure the work was complete. There where a few times when her brackets broke a day or two after the appointment and there was no rush to get her back in. Was recommended to get my daughters braces here. I highly regret coming here. Staff is nice, but they dont seem to know what they're doing. Appointments are months from each other and when my daughter does go in they slightly make adjustments to her braces. It's almost as if they're doing nothing. We signed contract in Dec. Decided to do the monthly billing. I got billed in March and April nothing before or since then. Everytime I call to ask they say they'll check into it, but never call me back. Regret coming here. Terrible experience every time I take my daughter ... appointment time is set just to wait in the car for an hour every time... call them they won’t answer or give an excuse of we are backed up every single time ... one time I called to tell them she was running 10 minutes late and they canceled her appointment without telling us ... terrible place , so bad they changed the name to NOW ORTHODONTICS ... should be NEVER ORTHODONTICS ...
Dr. Gilmore and there staff (Ms. Nina, Alisha, Raul) are amazing. Understanding, very compassionate, kind, and people-oriented. Got my braces off today and I love the treatment.
Update: A year or so ago everything was good. Now they hardly answer the phones, don’t answer emails and it takes forever for them to send a referral for any procedure to a dentist. The front personnel is non existent. The previous lady I think her name was Shelly did a better job. Now it’s just horrible.
