I have been a fan for years and I recently signed up for an event. Unfortunately one week prior I had to cancel due to family illness and I was told no refund can be issued. I quote Gail “ Its like a concert ticket”. I am disgusted and disappointed because this is out of my control and I was never told it was non-refundable. I hope my $500 is worth all you have from my sharing how crooked I find this behavior
This agency is the absolute worst. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They exploit poor people. I have Section 8 and they demanded that i pay one half of the Broker's fee before they submitted my paperwork to Section 8. I gave them $1,350 which i had to borrow from my mom. After I did that and my transfer went through, I did not even get the key because the sleezy landlord this brroker wanted me to: 1.
