They’re extremely disrespectful and racist. My friend called to pay her father’s insurance. During the phone call, the agent had the audacity to blame the father for getting the agent and the agent’s family sick. The agent stated that the father paid the agent a visit recently after returning from China. The friends father has not been to China in years. This agent is either confusing people, or is extremely racist. Either way, I would never recommend this agency.
