Chapman is amazing! I enjoyed his company, but for the life of me it seems I can't make an appointment over the phone. I have been calling for 3 weeks now to make this appointment, which has been mostly leaving voicemails, being told 'we will call you back in a bit' and taking my number but never calling me back, or being left on hold and the call just randomly failing. First visit went very good then found out he was only open 2 days a week and went back after getting clearance to stop blood thinners and the lady that checked me in was out front cleaning flower beds and did not act anything close to the first time I was there. She was so rude and told me to leave. I would never go back!
HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL TO FIND OUT TIME OF HUSBANDS APPOINTMENT, BECAUSE IT WASNT PUT ON HAND WRITTEN PAPER WITH DATE, AND NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE! YOU GET A RECORDING AND HAVE TO LEAVE MESSAGE- I LEFT 2 MESSAGES AND HAVE STILL NOT HAD A RETURN CALL! HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR SEVERAL DAYS TO REACH!
Dr Chapman is the most gentle Dr. with his patients, He explains and make sure you understand each procedure, he makes sure that you are comfortable with what he is doing and will go beyond the call of duty to pray with if need be.
