I had only been living at the apartment for about a month or 2 when they called me into some meeting where they tried to get me to sign a lease for the following year. They said they had internet but it never worked and when I brought up the issue they told me I was free to buy my own. They took money from my security deposit because they said my kitchen needed to be cleaned—it was fine and was cleaned before we left. Poor management. Tenants have already signed leases for 23-24 and management is suddenly choosing to abandon internet and forcing tenants to pay. I smell a lawsuit
The apartment I am in is very nice and the staff is very kind and helpful.
Super helpful and attentive to his job took it serious and made it a priority to move through application process quickly and smoothly
