Enjoyed my burger seemed like every bite got better.Actually caught myself silently critiquing as I took each bite.Thats when I realized it was perfect from the size of the padding to the char around the sandwich perfect not too heavy seasoned not grizzly it was really very delicious. I don't know who the tall guy was on the grill that he had chef skills from the size to The taste to the tenderness on my palate I will definitely go back thank you again Darricks kitchen.
