Update 2: Sadly, I have reduced my rating because once again with the season change our American Standard S9X product is failing us. In the fall we were forced to change 3 major parts. The gas valve, the circuit board, and I forget the third. Not sure if it was the exhaust fan. I cannot remember and honestly just tired with these issues. There have been probably 4 or 5 repair visits for one thing or another. It's pathetic that a what 5 year old system is failing to call for AC. I am at a loss. Jay was an awesome help today. Was panicking due to my sweating condition but he gave me all my options including maintenance packages and the buy back option if I decide to opt for a new AC which I am considering

The service we received on May 8th from Darrick Davidson’s service technician, Tyson, rates 5 out of 5 in our books! Tyson arrived early and thank goodness he did because he was greeted by our golden lab, Buddy, who Tyson took time to pet before Tyson was barely in the door. Tyson, with his heart-warming smile and friendly demeanour, took his time in complying with Buddy’s “demands” (lol).
