Dr Collins is awesome! He lets you know exactly what to expect and hands on through the whole procedure. Love love love him and his staff!
I've been there three times now. Each time I've waited over an hour. The staff was rude today as well. No consideration for your time.
Didn’t send referral over until I followed up, didn’t send approval for insurance until I called back. These each took over 3 weeks each. Not sure who he was thinking about when he wrote the notes on my visit but it wasn’t me. Much of what he put in the notes, was never discussed with me. AFO that he approved puts a steel plate directly over an arthritis ankle so too much pain to even wear it
