I hired them to clean our air ducts and scheduled a time frame for them to start service. They said they would call when on their way. I arranged child care for my infant and moved our furniture. They did not come. I called and was told a amanger would call me back, they did not. About 5 hours after the scheduled time I got a call that they were on their way. I told them absolutely not and hired someone else.

Last week, Darren Smith Air Duct Service came out to clean my dryer vent, and I was very pleased with the results. When we were scheduling the appointment, the technician explained the process to me, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. It was quick, thorough, and enjoyable. Excellent service... I'll use them again without a doubt.

Our service was outstanding. The personnel were courteous, competent, and well knowledgeable. We were blown away by the contrast between the before and after photos! Our house is over ten years old, and the ducts were most likely never cleaned! Hair, dead bugs, and even building debris were found! Our house smelled awful before the service. It smelt good after the treatment, and the air felt noticeably cleaner. This was well worth the money.

No calls, no show till days after then they wanted to move it to another date. I had to cancel them. They should not be in this business if they cant make a call. We unstand if you are busy.

My house spells cleaner! Mike did an awesome job! We had to reschedule once due to weather, which wasn’t a big deal. He explained everything and didn’t mind when I curious and would watch or ask questions. He did a very thorough job and left zero clean up. Great job, can't believe the difference after 1 day! Thank you!
