I found Dr Gitelman a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful and did not rush me. He thoroughly explained answers to all my questions. His office staff was also very friendly & efficiently scheduled subsequent lab tests and referrals before I even left the exam room.
Dr. Gitelman is extremely caring and very dedicated. He and his staff truly go above and beyond for their patients and are very responsive, supportive and dedicated.
I have received excellent care from both Dr. GITELMAN and his staff. Testing was conducted promptly and diagnostic tests were ordered quickly. All of my phone calls and portal messages were returned within 24 hours. Great doctor, NP’s and staff!
Horrible experience. We waited 8 months for my 93 year old mothers first appointment. His office is at Lutheran General in a building not easily accessible especially for any elderly patient. On the second followup appointment with his assistant/nurse, we ran late because I was trying to find a parking space close by. As a result we were told the assistant cant see her anymore because its a 15 minute grace period.. What an ordeal. BTW there is no real treatment or cure for Alzheimer's or dementia. NONE!
