Dr. Hess and his staff are amazing! They are professional and always make sure you feel comfortable. I highly recommend going here if you need any serious dental work, specifically root canals. He is personable, caring and thorough! Thanks Dr. Hess!
Dr. Hess and his staff was friendly from the time you entered into the door he was professional and friendly he explained everything about my teeth I had to abscess he treated me and let me know that if I needed anything else from the office to call them will refer anyone to them that has problems
I had a root canal I was a first time patient Dr Hess and his staff were courteous When He explained everything to me the procedure was completed and I promised you I asked are we ready to begin. People the man is excellent. I have referred three people who also feared the thought of root canals.
The staff is friendly, wait time is minimal, and I was able to schedule an appointment easily after being referred by my dentist. I have had 2 root canals done by Dr. Hess and he explained everything in detail. The procedure was painless and fast. I was out the door within an hour after the 2nd procedure. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Dr. Hess was awesome! I just had a root canal this morning. He explained what needed to be done and was very nice and patient with me as I was nervous. He did my root canal within an hour and I was off to work for the day. Great job Dr. Hess and yes I would refer my family and friend to Dr. Hess!!
