Dr. Ballard is an excellent doctor. He can come across a little gruff at first. His office staff were excellent, especially Teresa at the Front Desk. She took care of everything I needed and so it with a huge smile on her face. I really appreciated it. Great job Teresa!
My experience with Dr Ballard was exceptional. The staff there is very skilled, patient, knowledgeable and they all have a wonderful personality with a beautiful smile .Dr. Ballard is efficient. I was extremely nervous,being my the first time having my procedure and he along with his staff put me at ease. I had a second opportunity to have a procedure with Dr. Ballard.
