I never even got to the visit before deciding that this is not an office I want to be seen at based on the communication of the staff. If you are a veteran and are being choiced out for pain management do not go here! Please! The staff are very disorganized and apparently backlogged on referrals for up to a month.
Dr. Swymn is the best orthopedic surgeon. He’s taking care of my whole family. He’s about to do a knee replacement on my husband. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!
Dr. Johnson found a problem that had gone undiagnosed for most of my life and developed an effective treatment. My only complaint is that getting the written report for my records and for the use of my other providers can take weeks.
My experience with Dr. Savu himself has been positive. He seems to be a down to Earth physician with a great bedside manner. I even saw him transporting gurneys when they were short staffed. That small gesture spoke volumes to me, as I’ve known many physicians who would’ve believed that was beneath them. I enjoy him and feel as though he really is interested in helping. Great Dr and staff! They really care about you and listen! I’ve had one successful total knee replacement from Dr Swymn and now shots in my other knee and probably another total replacement in future.. My husband has had two knee replacements with Dr Swymn and couldn’t be happier... the whole office is caring!
Horrible doctor. Just another lying piece of garbage, that doesn't listen to his patients. 2-3 hour wait past your appointment time is the norm. Doesn't care about his patients, and only wants to do the bare minimum in order to keep you coming and charge your insurance. Pushes unnecessary and ineffective procedures, and then gets very angry when you bust him out on it. Steer clear!
Dr Blake is very thorough, polite, caring and very knowledgable. His diagnosis's have been dead on.
Dr. Savu and his team are always working hard to help everyone. They are genuinely concerned about your health and well being.
