Amazing experience every time. Dr Katie genuinely cares about your animals, and tries to do right by you and them. They just did a farm call for me, and her entire crew is excellent and patient. Milton deserves a 15 out of 10
We were clients for over 5 years for our animals and have spent thousands of dollar's and trusted the vets with our horses .We havnt used them for a few years because of many reasons that we were unsatisfied with. They have an unprofessional office manager named Kate and I would not refer them ever moving forward .One vet who left practice told me to euthanize one of our horses and two years later he is thriving ! They definitely have gone down hill since Dr Van Roekle left !!!! Beware !
We always get the most exceptional service from the staff at Von Roekel. The care they have for the animals and their owners is always great.
The doctor and office staff were the best! Its always a pleasure to visit with the animals in the waiting room. They get you in and out as quickly as possible.
Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The veterinarians are great. I had them recommended to me by a friend, glad I took her advice.
