Darrell and his team bring a unique strategy and plan to every home sale. Their marketing, photography and listing descriptions are the best we have ever seen. What is really different is they negotiate interested buyers against each other and brought us a full price offer with only financing as a contingency (The buyer was putting 50% down which made this a non-issue). Their team communicates well and is always responsive. This is our second home sale with them and we believe they are the best we have ever worked with.
