Darrel guided me through a complicated point of sale septic upgrade project requiring agreement from sellers and funds to be held in escrow. He educated me on the county requirements, system design process, and helped negotiate a project cost and timeline that was acceptable to all parties. He was professional, timely, and super friendly throughout. He delivered on what he promised within the timeline that was expected.
