Darrel was more than accommodating while doing his appraisal for my mother-in-law‘s house and understood our needs during the appraisal process since repairs were required before the sale of the house and produced detailed Documentation that met all of our needs
Darrel was fantastic to work with. He communicated well and regularly throughout the process, and was patient and understanding as he answered all of our questions. In the end, we felt like more than just another home or client - we felt like he understood and cared about us as individuals.
Darrel did a fantastic job for us!! He was quick but thorough, and he was more than fair with his pricing. I would definitely use again in the future. High recommend!!
Darrel just sent us our appraisal. I am impressed with the thorough and professional report including extensive pictures and notes. I feel comfortable showing it to anyone. Exceeded my expectations. All of the arrangements for the appraisal were easy and Darrell was a pleasure to have in our home.
Mr Clark was very knowledgeable, thorough and honest. My realtor says he had the upmost integrity and really appreciated him. He was fast and documented well. I had a good experience with him. Would definitely reccomend.
