This is one dealer group that should be receiving 7 stars! The entire staff here has been extremely professional! The reviews that others have left are truly unjust! I vetted through 4 other dealers in the fort worth area and by far, DARR stood out from them all! For the record, I don't typically leave reviews and DARR never asked me to leave a review either. I would recommend this dealer group hands down! Thank you to the entire DARR team in Fort Worth!
Try another place if you can. The prices are extremely high and they won’t give you a part number for the part you want to buy? I guess they don’t want you to price shop them? I have never been somewhere that the employees are “not allowed” to tell you the part number of the part you need. I asked why and he said just because company policy. I found a place that is much cheaper and will let me know the part number.
Stay away! Nothing but lies… I gave this company three chances. Spoke to David, then Ben, and then Clint. First, they took days to give me a quote. Then the quote was a different equipment. Finally, Clint tried to sell me the same unit as David but in used condition and with another $10k on top!! I have evidence of the quotes and emails if anyone is interested. Do yourself a favor and avoid DARR Equipment. The have no respect for customers.
I love how these guys message their customers telling them to give them a five star review because they deserve it. If they did deserve it, they wouldn’t be asking. Shady business tactic to trick customers into thinking they have good customer service.
