The person that I seen was very professional she knew what she was doing made my time there very easy I was embarrassed not being able to hear and she made me feel comfortable not being able to hear and had great suggestions she really had compassion and cares for people that can't hear I would not even replace her with anybody else I my experience was the utmost grade a experience in not being able to hear that I could possibly have had she was there for me when I needed to tell her things and she had suggestions and great ... read more
It was a good appointment with Michele! She cleaned my hiring aids and put new wax guards in. She answered a few questions about the hearing aids. She is a awesome lady. Ron
Michele is great she is always patient and explains things to my Mom. We have been going to Darr for almost 10 years. I would definately recommend her to anyone.
