I have built two very expensive patio covers with this company and have a post that started to rot away at the bottom. Reached out to them 6 weeks ago for a price and timeline to get it fixed. We agreed on a price and 6 weeks go by and I hear nothing from them. Then this morning they basically tell me "sorry we're too busy to come take care of you"..... They build good patio covers, but don't expect good service after the fact.
Alex and his crew did a wonderful job on building us 12' x 12' pergola which turned out beautifully for a very reasonable price and took extra care in insuring it fit our vision. Couldn't be happier!
AD custom backyards did an outstanding job with our new outdoor fireplace! Great craftsmanship and timeliness. After fireplace was finished, they stained the patio which made our outdoor space even grander looking! The pergola was also put up 6 years ago by AD custom backyards so obviously they do awesome work. Highly recommend!!
Alex and his team do great work. I had a rough vision for what I wanted done. The main part was a covered roof over a patio outside a double bank of 6' windows. We didn't want to lose the indirect light they provide. It is massive and he made it happen. The structure and patio look fantastic. The deck was already there, but he rebuilt it and built the gable roof. I threw in a before shot, so you can see how much they did. Highly Recommend! The entire crew from beginning to end was very professional. We had to overcome obstacles before we could start construction and Veronica was a great help! Each step was communicated. They take pride in their work. You won't be disappointed!
