BEWARE!!! THIS SALON WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR PACKAGE SPECIALS AND WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND WHEN CALLED OUT ON IT!! I recently contacted the salon about a $63.94 charge that came out of my credit card on 6/3/24. The MANAGER who answered the phone was the same person who recently sold me a red-light therapy package on special. I purchased the spray tan monthly package. My first spray tan completely washed off of after waiting 7 hours to shower. I mean completely. Contacted the management they offered no resolution. Went in and tried it again with with additive and use upgraded 360 spa, do the versa spa being inoperable. Several people waiting for the same spa. Ridiculous!
